Ep 012: Health and Balance with Military Wife Cyndi Hinson

Cyndi is one of those moms who you just love watching, she seems to have it all together and has so much energy for life!  She may feel differently, but that’s the great thing about Marvelous Moms! You HAVE to believe you’re as marvelous as the rest of us think you are!IMG_0654

As always, Cyndi offered so much more information and uplift than I bargained for. I know I’ve been picking awesome moms but sometimes I have no idea how many great things will come from our chats! We talked all about healthy eating and how she uses yoga to cope with stress. As a part time “single” mom she has had to learn a new type of “reality” and it’s inspiring to say the least.  When I met Cyndi I was blown away by the way she just seemed to have her life together.  Fresh fruit in the refrigerator, an overall healthy lifestyle and a home full of love. I got to meet her when her husband was home (he’s home for a few months then gone for a few months- over and over and over) but I have since gotten to see her manage mom life with grace even when hubby is gone! You’ll love hearing about her life through her eyes-I know I certainly did. Thanks Cyndi for sharing and being such a MARVELOUS MOM!
